Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive
Location: UAE
Industry: Transport / Logistics / Building Materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Coordinate and assign drivers based on delivery schedules and operational needs.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure routes are optimized for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Handle transport-related documentation, including LPOs, delivery notes, and trip sheets.
• Maintain communication with drivers, transport team, and customers for smooth dispatch operations.
• Track material movement and ensure accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Resolve any delivery delays, route issues, or driver-related concerns proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company transport policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transport dispatching, material handling, and driver management.
• Strong route knowledge within the UAE (especially Dubai/Abu Dhabi depending on location).
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliveries and handle operational challenges.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining logs and dispatch records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
