Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across various functions, including inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor management, and customer service support. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products at all times.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Order Processing and Fulfillment:
• Oversee the order processing cycle from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Address any issues related to order fulfillment promptly and effectively.
• Logistics and Shipping:
• Coordinate with shipping partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Optimize shipping processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Customer Service:
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and deliveries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve escalated issues.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to optimize costs and maintain product quality standards.
• Evaluate vendor performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Streamline existing processes to reduce lead times and improve productivity.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at business growth and development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
