Job Summary

The Dispatch Head oversees and manages all dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling, routing, and delivery of goods or services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective dispatching while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Data Entry
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery status, delays, or changes.
• Bill Generation
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
