Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Head to lead and manage our dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, timely, and cost effective dispatch of finished goods, accurate documentation, and coordination with production and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules

Oversee loading, transport coordination, and route planning

Ensure accurate documentation (e-way bills, invoices, challans)

Coordinate with transporters

Maintain dispatch records and generate MIS reports

Supervise dispatch staff and ensure SOP compliance

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in dispatch

Background in manufacturing or logistics or warehouse operations

Familiar with ERP systems, GST, and transport compliance

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
