Dispatch Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the timely and efficient dispatch of dairy products. Oversees logistics operations, coordinates with production and sales teams, ensures cold chain compliance, and maintains delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise dispatch activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment
• Ensure temperature-controlled transportation
• Track deliveries and maintain dispatch records
• Manage transport staff and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety and transport standards

Requirements:

• Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably dairy/FMCG)
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and route planning
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
