Role Overview:

Join Dolphin Bakes as a Dispatch Manager, where you’ll be central to our bakery’s distribution process.

We seek a results-driven leader to optimize delivery operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the dispatch/delivery team
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff
• Monitor daily dispatch processes and finished goods inventory
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate and on schedule
• Analyze delivery metrics and implement improvements
• Prepare and submit daily finished products reports
• Resolve delivery issues and handle urgent matters with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• At least 2 years’ experience in bakery product dispatch or FMCG logistics
• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proficient in using dispatch/stock management software (advantageous)
• Ready to relocate or commute to Ajman before start date
• Preference for Male candidates who can join immediately
