The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently
  • Supervise, train, and schedule store staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
  • Monitor sales performance and work to achieve targets
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
  • Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance, payroll, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage cash handling, billing, and daily closing reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience in retail / store operations is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
