Dispatch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Transport Manager to oversee our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning efficient routes, organising driver rosters, and providing comprehensive support to both customers and drivers on the road. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent computer proficiency, and outstanding spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Planning: Develop and optimise routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Roster Planning: Organise and manage driver schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to legal and company requirements.
• Road Support: Provide immediate assistance and support to customers and drivers facing on-road issues.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any operational challenges to maintain smooth transportation services.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and drivers, ensuring all parties are informed of route changes, delays, or emergencies.
• Administrative Duties: Utilise computer systems to manage logistics data, report on performance metrics, and assist in planning improvements.
• Additional Duties: Undertake any other related tasks as required to support the transportation department.

Working Hours:

• Work schedule is Monday to Sunday, operating on a 6 out of 7 days basis within an 8-hour shift. ( Saturday off )
• Shift time 3 PM to 12 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
