Based in Boulder, Colorado, Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has proudly served the community since 1982. We specialize in residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services—and we’re looking for dedicated full-time team members to join our growing company.

The Dispatch Manager oversees a team of Dispatchers and Install Coordinators, supervises and sets the schedules for the dispatch team, weekly coaching of team members. Works with management to develop action plans to improve performance, profitability, and customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination (residential home services preferred)

• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

• Proficient with dispatch or field management software

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
