Your Role:

As a Dispatch Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily freight operations, optimizing routes, and ensuring our drivers are set up for success. Your role will be crucial in growing the company, maintaining efficiency, communication, and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing vendor accounts.
• Sales experience required
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations
• Schedule and assign loads to drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency
• Monitor freight movement, resolve any delays, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in transportation dispatch/logistics and Sales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of software is a plus, or ability to set up your own processes
• A team player with a strong work ethic and leadership skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
