Dispatch Officer

Job Summary:

Sarhand Packages is looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to oversee the shipment and delivery process of finished goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate records of shipments while collaborating with internal teams to optimize delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

· Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, inventory management, and logistics operations.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

· Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers.

· Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in dispatch operations.

· Reasonable educational back ground and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee the dispatch of finished goods to customers.

· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.

· Maintain an organized record of outgoing shipments and update relevant databases.

· Monitor stock levels of finished goods and coordinate with the store and production teams for timely replenishment.

· Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.

· Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

· Supervise quality checks on dispatched goods to ensure they meet customer specifications.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to dispatch and logistics.

· Generate dispatch reports and provide insights to management on operational efficiency.

· Maintain effective communication with customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
