Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Operations:
- Oversee the daily dispatch process to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure that all outgoing goods are correctly picked, packed, and labeled according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure the safe and timely dispatch of products.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and prioritize orders to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, including delivery notes, order sheets, and tracking information.
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise and lead the dispatch team, ensuring proper training and efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks and set performance expectations for dispatch staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards within the dispatch area.
- Inventory Management:
- Ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained and reconciled in the dispatch area.
- Work closely with inventory control teams to ensure stock levels align with sales and orders.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and manage returns effectively.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with other departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of orders.
- Resolve any customer or transport-related issues that arise during the dispatch process.
- Maintain strong communication with transport companies and internal teams to avoid delays.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular dispatch reports to the Warehouse or Logistics Manager.
- Track performance metrics such as order fulfillment rate, delivery accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation for all dispatched goods, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs documentation when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices in dispatch operations to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Ensure that dispatch operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management (a plus).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a requirement to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays if needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
