Job Title: Dispatch Officer

Department: Logistics / Stores / Dispatch

Location: Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad

Reporting To: Store In-Charge / Plant Head

Job Purpose:

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the dispatch of finished goods to customers on time, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance with company procedures, and coordination with transporters, production, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders and production readiness.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers as per delivery commitments.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as:
• Delivery Challan
• Tax Invoice / E-Invoice / E-Way Bill
• Packing List
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and loading schedules.
• Ensure proper loading, packing, and labeling of materials to avoid damage in transit.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of dispatch & logistics operations
• Familiarity with GST, E-Way Bill, and basic documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (ERP / Excel / Email)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle movement records, and daily dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Sales teams for dispatch priorities.
• Track dispatched materials and follow up for Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies during dispatch operations.
• Handle customer or transporter-related dispatch issues and report deviations.
• Support stock reconciliation and audits related to dispatch activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
