About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented *Order & Delivery Coordination Officer* to manage customer orders, ensure accurate and timely deliveries through riders, and maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, and related documents.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and record customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, or system.
* Coordinate with riders to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
* Double-check product accuracy before dispatch.
* Maintain daily filing of invoices, challans, and delivery logs.
* Handle customer queries and provide updates on delivery status.
* Maintain delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders.
* Report daily order summaries to management.
Requirements
* Minimum intermediate/graduate qualification.
* Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
* Experience in order taking, dispatch, logistics, or coordination preferred.
* Must be responsible, punctual, and organized.
* Ability to manage riders and ensure task completion.
