Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to oversee distributor operations and ensure consistent product availability across pharmacies. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply chain efficiency, strengthening relationships with distribution partners, and supporting retail-level execution within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management

  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock rotation at distributor warehouses.
  • Resolve operational issues, including delays, shortages, and compliance concerns.
  • Liaise with the Sales team on all distribution-related matters within the assigned territory.

Pharmacy Visits

  • Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to verify product availability and shelf presence.
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacists and store managers to promote product visibility.
  • Collect market feedback on product performance, demand trends, and competitor activity.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of distributor performance and pharmacy visits.
  • Prepare monthly reports on stock levels, coverage gaps, and sales opportunities.
  • Share field insights with sales and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all distribution activities comply with company standards and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts at distributor warehouses.
  • Support audits and inspections as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
