Dispatch Officer

We are hiring Dispatch Officer for our Operation Department at Scents n Stories.

Minimum experience: 1 or 2 years

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for overseeing the dispatch process and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes managing the packaging and shipping of perfumes and other products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the dispatch process from start to finish, including receiving and processing orders, packaging products, and arranging for shipment.
• Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and on time and that all customer requirements are met.
• Supervise a team of workers involved in packing and shipping, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to work efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of the dispatch process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper handling and storage of products.
• Manage the performance of the dispatch team, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Compensation: Salary with other fringe benefits.

It's important to note that although some of the responsibilities may involve labor work, a Dispatch Officer is typically responsible for managing the Dispatch process as a whole, and ensuring that all aspects which are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)
