Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to coordinate and oversee the efficient dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate dispatch of goods.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and documentation.
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Officer or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus.
