Dispatcher

Job Summary

The Food Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate dispatch of food products from the central kitchen to outlets and customers. The role ensures that all food items are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch of food products to outlets and customers.
• Verify orders, quantities, and delivery schedules before dispatch.
• Ensure food products are packed, labeled, and loaded correctly.
• Monitor delivery progress and address delays or delivery issues promptly.
• Communicate with outlets, drivers, and warehouse teams regarding dispatch status.
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, and transfer documents.
• Coordinate urgent and special delivery requests.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and temperature control requirements.
• Monitor returned items and report discrepancies.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses, central kitchens, and outlets.
• Report vehicle, delivery, or product issues to management.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food distribution, logistics, or dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliveries.

• Efficient coordination of outlet and customer deliveries.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Disapatching: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent in english (Preferred)
