ROLE PURPOSE
To serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
· Efficiently allocate and dispatch vehicles to meet service demands.
· Monitor real-time vehicle locations and adjust schedules as needed.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, field
· personnel, and clients.
· Relay important information and provide updates on service statuses.
· Plan and optimize vehicle routes to minimize travel time and enhance fuel efficiency.
· Utilize navigation tools to guide drivers and ensure on-time arrivals.
· Coordinate responses to emergencies, accidents, or unexpected service disruptions.
· Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
· Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including schedules, service requests, and incidents.
· Generate reports on vehicle performance and operational efficiency.
· Interact with customers to gather information, address inquiries, and provide updates on service delivery.
· Resolve customer issues and concerns related to dispatch activities.
· Generate the reports and submit to the finance.
· Monitor cash and credit services and also collect the cash and submit to finance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field.
SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
· Email Writing Skills
· Microsoft Excel (Creating reports - V-lookup /X-lookup / Pivot/ Graphs)
· Multi-Tasking personality must be Bold, Confident, Dynamic and Active listener.
· Dispute Resolution / Conflict Management
· Effective Time Management
· Quick decision making
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
