Location: Albuquerque, NM – Main Office (Juan Tabo & Candelaria)
Pay: $17.50+ per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary
The shifts for this position are Sundays thru Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off.
We are seeking a Dispatch & Operations Coordinator to manage daily logistics and front-office operations. This role is central to our operations, ensuring donation trucks are routed efficiently, drivers are supported, and donation pick-ups are scheduled and executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to make quick operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Donation Center, answering phones and emails professionally.
- Schedule donation pick-ups and create daily routes for up to 9 trucks to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Act as the primary dispatcher, supporting drivers and adjusting schedules or routes as needed.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, report preparation, and recordkeeping.
- Generate operational and logistics reports for management.
- Maintain organized files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with office and warehouse staff to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.
- Occasionally assist with accepting and handling incoming donations at the drive-up door.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration, dispatching, or logistics; warehouse or transportation experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
- Experience with routing, scheduling, or truck dispatching preferred.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time.
- Ability to work in a fast paced office and warehouse environment with regular distractions and multi-tasking.
- Ability to lift 25–35 pounds regularly and 50–75 pounds occasionally with assistance.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening/physical.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
