Dispatch Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a quick thinking visionary that can step into a pivotal new role at Half Moon Plumbing: Dispatch Efficiency Coordinator. Imagine an air traffic controller for plumbing.

You will be the liaison between our Call Center and our Install Department, ensuring every call and every appointment is strategically scheduled to maximize efficiency and deliver timely service to our amazing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Management Optimization:

Collaborate with Customer Service Reps to ensure urgent calls get prioritized properly.

• Dispatch Coordination:

Work closely with our dispatchers, selling techs, and install teams to facilitate same-day installs whenever possible.

• Schedule Triage:

Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the schedule. React in real time to changes, cancellations, or opportunities to move jobs around for greater efficiency.

• Daily Efficiency Champion:

Serve as the internal advocate for operational flow — constantly asking: Are we getting the best jobs on the board today?

Pay $20 - $25/hr
