Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the dispatch of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling dispatch operations, coordination with teams, and maintaining proper documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods and services on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to project sites or clients.
• Conduct site visits when required to assess delivery status and resolve any issues.
• Maintain proper dispatch records, logs, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse, logistics, and site teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the team on any shortages.
• Ensure all dispatches comply with safety and documentation standards.
• Handle basic reporting and documentation work as required.

Skills Required:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational ability.
• Ability to handle multiple dispatches efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory processes.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be male, as per job specification.
• Physically fit and willing to travel locally for dispatch or site-related tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
