Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to plan dispatch schedules.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, transport slip, etc.).
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials as per dispatch plan.
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure route optimization.
• Check vehicle condition, cleanliness, and adherence to dispatch SOPs.
• Maintain dispatch records and daily MIS reporting.
• Handle transporters and ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
• Manage inventory movements between warehouse and production units.
• Lead and monitor dispatch team members and helpers for efficient operation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
• Experience: 1-2 years in dispatch or logistics supervision (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industry).
• Must have working knowledge of Tally / ERP and Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle manpower, multitask, and manage pressure situations.
• Should be familiar with basic transport documentation and GST invoicing.

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and skills)Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Factory Unit – Kolkata
