Requisites:

• 12Th/ Graduate
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in dispatch or logistics
• Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel
• Understanding of dispatch documentation

Job Purpose

To manage dispatch activities and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods from the Mirror & Hood division.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities
• Ensure on-time dispatch as per customer schedule
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Transporters
• Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill)
• Ensure proper packing, labelling, and loading of materials
• Maintain dispatch records and reports
• Follow safety and quality guidelines during dispatch
• Handle basic coordination with customers and logistics partners
