Dispatch Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervision of Full-Time Telecommunicators and Shift Supervisors
Review and Update training, overseeing CTO's and ensuring TC's have current certification requirements
Review SOP's and recommend revisions as needed
Complete Call Quality Assessments
Serve as the Emergency Telephone Systems Board Secretary, Attend all ETSB Meetings, Prepare and distribute Board Packets
Assist the Director of Communications with the day to day operations

Job Qualifications:
Three years experience as a Public Safety Telecommunicator
Strong working knowledge of 911 systems, CAD platforms, and radio communications
Supervisory experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range is $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience

This is an exempt position. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
