Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Order Dispatcher to manage and coordinate daily order dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately, packed on time, and shipped through the correct delivery channels. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage incoming online orders across multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams to prepare orders for dispatch.
• Schedule and track shipments with courier/logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Update order management systems and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, tracking, or delivery concerns.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth post-order support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in e-commerce order management or dispatching preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with order management software, shipping platforms, or courier portals.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, data entry).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
