Job Description: Truck Dispatcher (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating and scheduling trucking activities, maintaining clear communication with drivers and clients, and ensuring all shipments are delivered on time. You will also handle essential administrative duties and keep accurate records of all dispatch-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule loads efficiently to meet delivery timelines
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates on delivery status
• Resolve issues and delays promptly with strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate records, including trip logs and load details
• Use dispatch software to manage scheduling and documentation

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in dispatch or logistics software
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in trucking or logistics preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
