Dispatch field technicians based on their strengths and the nature of the job

Ensure techs are provided with all necessary job information

Assign one call at a time, and debrief after each service call before dispatching the next

Track technician activity through “time stamps” for dispatch, arrival, and job completion
-
Verify and manage timecards and technician records
-
Communicate with customers before dispatch to confirm their availability and payment method
-
Input service leads and relay them to system specialists when needed
-
Organize and maintain the on-call schedule for technicians

Create weekly written reports to the Service Manager summarizing interactions with techs

Provide a tally sheet report weekly to the Sales Manager

Review technician performance weekly with management
-
Take ownership of workflow, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation

Perform other duties as assigned
