• A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch field technicians based on their strengths and the nature of the job
• Ensure techs are provided with all necessary job information
• Assign one call at a time, and debrief after each service call before dispatching the next
• Track technician activity through “time stamps” for dispatch, arrival, and job completion
• Verify and manage timecards and technician records
• Communicate with customers before dispatch to confirm their availability and payment method
• Input service leads and relay them to system specialists when needed
• Organize and maintain the on-call schedule for technicians
• Create weekly written reports to the Service Manager summarizing interactions with techs
• Provide a tally sheet report weekly to the Sales Manager
• Review technician performance weekly with management
• Take ownership of workflow, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
• Perform other duties as assigned
