Eco is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to serve as the primary point of contact for our skilled trades team. In this vital role, you’ll be the key to our success, empowering our technicians and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, 7-star service experience.

Shift(s): This is a 4 Working-Day Position with FULLTIME Benefits!
Fri: 7 AM-5 PM; Sat: 7 AM - 6 PM; Sun: 7 AM - 6 PM and Mon: 7 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do:

• Be a Communications Pro: Serve as the crucial link between our technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring information flows quickly and accurately.

• Master the Schedule: Manage appointments, update customers on technician arrivals, and make critical adjustments to keep our operations on track.

• Champion Our Team: Provide exceptional support to our field staff, setting them up for success on every job.

• Drive Quality: Audit job details and help maintain the highest standards of customer service and follow-through.

• Grow with Us: This role serves as your gateway to learning our entire operational process, providing a clear path for professional development and advancement into future positions.
