About the Role

The Service Dispatcher plays a vital role in our daily operations. This position requires someone who can effectively coordinate Experts, prioritize incoming service calls, and ensure every customer receives timely and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Service Experts based on priority and efficiency
• Manage incoming service calls and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Monitor technician progress and provide support throughout the day
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Keep customer needs top-of-mind while maximizing productivity
• Motivate and support the service team to achieve daily goals

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatching experience preferred (all applicants welcome to apply)
• Experience with ServiceTitan dispatching software strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
