Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate dispatch operations, manage communication with drivers, customers, and vendors, and ensure timely response to service requests. Your proactive approach will help keep our fleet moving smoothly and our customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, email, or radio communications, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Dispatch drivers efficiently using transportation management systems, GPS, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other routing tools.
• Monitor fleet locations in real-time through GPS tracking to optimize routes and delivery times
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup, delivery schedules, and any logistical issues using effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Track shipments using transportation planning tools to ensure timely deliveries while managing any delays or disruptions proactively

Skills

• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Skilled in data entry with high accuracy

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
