Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and coordinate the daily operations of our transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the scheduling of drivers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and providing customer service support. The ideal candidate should have strong computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure, be dependable, highly motivated, and have an understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the status of vehicles and drivers.
• Dispatch vehicles and drivers to their destinations in a timely manner.
• Receive and respond to customer/driver inquiries and complaints respectfully.
• Communicate with drivers via electronic device or telephone.
• Ensure that all drivers adhere to safety regulations.
• Ensure data is entered correctly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
