Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Summary:


Responsible for monitoring home delivery teams, documenting the most up-to-date logistical information, and providing proactive, accurate communication to all stakeholders throughout the home delivery process. Stakeholders include home delivery customers, delivery teams, internal team members, and retail clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track delivery teams in real time and audit all stops and related data.

  • Proactively communicate all route and delivery updates concerning teams while on the road.

  • Issue record sheets and all related paperwork to drivers.

  • Troubleshoot issues and notify appropriate parties of any changes or delays.

  • Audit departure times, destinations, cargo details, and expected return times.

  • Investigate overdue vehicles and communicate updates proactively with all stakeholders.

  • Communicate extensively through driver alerts, text messages, and phone calls.

  • Confirm exceptions, service changes, or special services with customers and delivery teams.

  • Maintain frequent daily communication with drivers.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am to 6:30 pm

Education and/or Experience:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:


Experience in routing, final mile logistics, dispatching, and fleet tracking management software

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $25.00

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
