Role Description

The Dispatcher role at ON THE GO CARGO INC is a full-time, on-site position located in Moonachie, NJ. The primary responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating freight shipments, monitoring delivery status, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and providing real-time communication and support to drivers. The Dispatcher will also manage logistics systems, resolve delivery issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.
