Dispatcher and Customer Service for Roll off Dumpster Company

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Excellent computer skills with the ability to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment that is subject to changes on a regular basis.

Accurately entering and maintaining data into Tower software to complete and print work orders throughout the day and for the next day.

Plan, organize and manage commercial customer accounts with multiple locations.

Assign daily driver routes efficiently to assure route completion.

Courteous communication with customers with the ability to work well with team members to troubleshoot and resolve potential problems and navigate stressful situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
