Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our Expediting Team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily deliveries, building efficient routes, and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time using our GPS management system.

This is a fast-paced position where strong decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to think ahead are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and coordinate daily delivery routes
  • Prioritize orders based on timing, location, and customer needs
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and counter teams
  • Monitor delivery progress and adjust routes as needed
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all dispatched orders

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dispatch systems
  • Previous dispatch, logistics, or automotive experience is a plus
