Dispatcher / Office

This is a full time position with Shaw Plumbing Services, and the hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

-Managing phones, emails and computer programs.

-Understanding the importance of each customer feeling like they are the #1 priority.

*Ensuring the customer feels they are heard when scheduling.

-Accurate data entry included but not limited to: Customer information, Project/Service details, Billing information, Scheduled appointments and other related information.

*Answering phones with a positive, and helpful mindset!

-Receiving all calls in a professional and courteous manor. Being able to guide customers through getting scheduled. This can sometimes be a stressful or scary thing for them, it is important not to add to those feelings.

*Scheduling unfinished or sold jobs for customers. Prioritizing, and assigning jobs strategically to technicians, and understanding the differences between service calls and projects.

*Being able to prioritize emergency calls, and maintenance calls.

-Our schedule is an ever moving target and needs constant adjustments.

*Team-working oriented! Being self-motivated is key in this.

-The office can be a busy environment. Continuously working as a team to ensure all things office related are being handled in a timely manor.

Requirements:

*General computer & phone skills.

*Ability to make decisions, and work with minimal supervision.

*Familiarity with the general-Spokane, Cheney, Medical Lake + area.

*Quick learner.
