Dispatcher

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: Night Shift (as per US/Canada time zone)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in Dispatch/Logistics

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dispatch operations, preferably in trucking/logistics, and be comfortable working independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily driver dispatch activities
• Assign loads and routes to drivers efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates
• Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch software/systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Dispatcher (preferably in trucking/logistics)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
• Familiarity with dispatch software and MS Office tools
• Good knowledge of routes, load planning, and US/Canada trucking regulations is an asset
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (remote)
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
