Dispatcher – Oilfield Operations

We are seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join our oilfield operations team. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily trucking activities and ensuring drivers are dispatched safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate 15–20 drivers daily
• Review routes in the dispatching system prior to dispatching drivers
• Monitor driver activity and maintain communication throughout shifts
• Ensure operations comply with local and state regulations for CMV drivers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and operations personnel
• Assist with scheduling and operational adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Dispatching experience required
• Oilfield dispatching experience preferred
• Must be computer and technology savvy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Some weekend work required
