Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing & HVAC Dispatcher with at least 5 years of industry dispatching experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple technicians in the field. This role is key to ensuring efficiency, strong communication, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor plumbing and HVAC technicians to service, maintenance, and installation calls.
• Coordinate daily workload to ensure timely completion and maximum efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and service expectations.
• Track jobs, technician status, and follow-ups using dispatch software.
• Support field technicians by relaying accurate job details and ensuring they have what they need for success.
• Work closely with management to resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and service priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, technician notes, and completed jobs.
• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the dispatch team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar trade/service industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing terminology, services, and workflow.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Customer service-focused with problem-solving ability.
