Dispatcher/Customer Service

DUTIES:

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day support alongside the Operations Manager and Accounting Department.

List of duties include but are not limited to:

-Answering all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

-Accurately taking information for transportation requests and recording that data in our point of service program.

-Dispatching drivers.

-Maintaining driver and vehicle files.

-Customer billing of transportation moves.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Excellent customer service, telephone, and multi-tasking skills are a must in this fast paced front desk position.

-Attention to detail in written form and accurate typing is required.

-Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with customers, vendors, drivers, co-workers and general public on all matters. A good telephone manner is essential.

-Competency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and QuickBooks helpful.

-Good organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to help where needed.

-Hours M-F (7:30-5:30pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
