Dispatcher/Customer Service

• Keep dispatch boards (manual & electronic current at all times)
• Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requests
• Communicate important information and updates to field, management, and customers
• Data entry of service performance and information
• Answering service calls and fielding them accordingly
• Ensuring all technicians get the parts required to perform service

Job Requirements

• Previous dispatching experience, preferably in the service industry
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
• Eligible to work

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
