Dispatcher/Customer Service

HIRING ANNOUNCEMENT – URGENTLY HIRING!!

We are a growing Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation company urgently looking to hire a reliable, committed Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. We need someone who shows up every day, works efficiently, communicates well, and is ready to start as soon as possible.

POSITION: Dispatcher / Customer Service
STATUS: Urgently Hiring – Reliable, consistent attendance required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer office phone calls during business hours
  • Communicate with drivers through the Dispatch Cell Phone
  • Monitor and reply to the company email
  • Check client eligibility on the AHCCCS website
  • Submit Prior Authorizations to AHCCCS
  • Enter drivers’ schedules into Excel
  • Perform basic filing and office organization
  • Assist with payroll tasks
  • Research and contact insurance providers to secure new contracts

• (Optional but a plus) Familiarity with Northern Reservation areas

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Someone responsible, dependable, and ready to work every day
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
