Dispatcher/Customer Service

Eagle Transportation Logistics is a truckload freight brokerage in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Eagle was named Global Transportation Supplier of the Year by Grainger in 2022. This is a fast-paced, high-energy work environment in an exciting and growing industry. The right candidate will have an outgoing personality, be efficient and meticulous, take pride in accuracy, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a MUST.

Daily responsibilities include:

-Dispatching drivers

-Screening carriers per the company's guidelines

-Checking carrier references

-Entering orders into Transportation Management System (TMS)

-Verifying load/appointment details

-Calculating fuel surcharges

-Supporting operations/broker team
