Dispatcher/Customer Service

Net Zero Logistics, born from the roots of Cornucopia Logistics, is seeking a dispatcher/ customer service rep to support our delivery team at our Hartford, CT location.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor our routing/dispatch program for driver performance
• Communicate with drivers on the status of their routes
• Answer incoming call from drivers and customers
• Respond to emails from customers
• Assist with drivers returning at the end of their routes to ensure their routes are closed out on their devices
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
• Send out internal emails with performance updates every two hours
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation

$18.00/hour

• Five day schedule (Monday - Friday)
• 9AM to 5:30 PM with a half hour lunch
• Holidays

Education & Experience Requirements
·High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience working in a transportation agency.
· Previous experience dispatching in a transportation agency or transportation company preferred but not required.
· Fork lift experience a plus!
