Dispatcher/Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance during all customer interactions. You are responsible for handling service requests, answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer support. The CSR plays an important role in scheduling service appointments, communicating with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience from the initial call through service completion.

Expected hours are 8:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the scheduling system
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff to coordinate service calls
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the Mr. Appliance brands

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Team player who can also work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
