Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep

Towmasters is a full service tow truck company and auto dealership servicing Northern Louisiana and the surrounding area. We are in search of a pro-active, energetic candidate that has integrity and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage client calls and requests, then dispatch tow trucks

- Greet clients and partners upon entry and guide them through various processes and procedures

- Release vehicles

- manage vehicle claims processes

- utilize dispatch software system

- cash management

- commercial account management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• Dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)
