**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team as a front line face and voice. An ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. Core duties will include handling call assignment/dispatch for service and installation crews and assisting with general office/customer support tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Excellent attendance and punctuality with respect to work schedule

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with scheduling and routing calls to appropriate members of our team.

- Learn and effectively use phone system and communication software tools including the use of AI and other new technologies

- Utilize schedule management systems (Service Fusion) to provide important call details and route technicians in an efficient and effective manner

- Provide support for general office/customer service operations

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Demonstrate proficient use of small business software like Microsoft Word & Excel and Intuit Quickbooks.

- Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent attendance and promptness with respect to work schedule

- Utilizes AI tools and is open to new office technology

- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is helpful

- Knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks software noted above is a strong plus

- Familiarity with transportation management principles and practices

- Ability to remain calm and operate in stressful situations

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask effectively is critical

- Ability to recognize connections between otherwise unrelated data

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
