Dispatcher/Manager

This position requires time at the office 7:00am - 4:00pm, Mon-Fri. 1 hour paid lunch. Requires carrying a dispatch cell phone after hours, weekends, and ability to implement schedule changes after hours for employees. Multi-tasking is necessary in a busy construction office. Answer phones, schedule equipment for specific job sites, make changes on the spot, and have knowledge of Word, Excel and be readily trained to specific industry software. This position also includes AR within the software; accuracy and detailed work are a must. Familiarity with the construction industry is helpful. Must be able to obtain permits from DMV for over-sized equipment and maintain records of renewals in various states. This will work into Office Manager title and responsibilities. Timeliness is very important. Casual attire.

High energy. Customer service and employee relations must be positive. Work directly with 24 employees and the owner and Bookkeeper.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,513.98 per year

Experience:
