Truck Dispatch Manager

Global Reliance is looking for an experienced Truck Dispatch Manager who will be responsible for managing US trucking dispatch operations from scratch. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with load boards, freight brokers, and truck drivers to book loads and manage freight operations efficiently.

This role requires someone who can find carriers, negotiate rates with brokers, book loads, and ensure smooth delivery operations while maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Carrier & Driver Management

• Identify and onboard new truck carriers and owner-operators.
• Maintain relationships with truck drivers and fleet owners.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules.

Load Booking & Freight Management

• Search and secure loads using DAT Load Board, Truckstop, and other freight platforms.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers to ensure profitability.
• Plan routes and schedule shipments efficiently.

Dispatch Operations

• Dispatch trucks to appropriate loads and monitor delivery progress.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Handle driver issues, delays, and route adjustments.

Broker & Client Communication

• Build strong relationships with freight brokers and logistics companies.
• Manage communication between drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Resolve disputes or operational issues during transit.

Documentation & Compliance

• Manage necessary documents such as:
• Rate confirmations
• BOL (Bill of Lading)
• POD (Proof of Delivery)
• Ensure compliance with US trucking regulations.

Business Development

• Find new carriers and freight opportunities.
• Expand company dispatch portfolio.
• Maintain strong service quality to retain clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in US Truck Dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of:
• DAT Load Board
• Truckstop
• Sylectus
• Experience negotiating with freight brokers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in night shift for US market.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple trucks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of dry van, reefer, and flatbed loads.
• Familiarity with US logistics market and freight rates.
• CRM or dispatch software experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
